Your CSV should include the following headers in this exact order:
π‘ Tip: Ensure Employee Internal ID matches the actual internal ID from your NetSuite employee record, not their name or external ID.
Hereβs what each field expects:

Employee Internal ID β Must be the NetSuite internal ID, not the name or external ID

Leave Type β e.g., Annual Leave

Accrual Type β e.g., Accrual (note: do not use variations unless your system supports them)

Hours β e.g., 160

Pay Date β Format as MM/DD/YYYY (e.g., 1/1/2021)

Is Import? β Should be Yes (text string, case-sensitive)

Details β e.g., Annual Leave Entitlement import for full year
