In the sections below, ICS Payroll only requires a few fields to be completed. However, NetSuite and/or your implementation may rely on other fields (e.g. Supervisor) not detailed below - you should complete these as well. In general, it's good practice to enter as much information as you have available.

Primary Information
You must complete the following fields:
- Name - the employee's first name, middle initials and last name
- Subsidiary - if you have a One World account then select the subsidiary the employee belongs to
Classification
If you require classification information to flow through to the Payroll Journal then complete the Classification fields. By default, these fields are not required:
- Department
- Location
- Class
Email | Phone | Address
In this section, none of the fields are marked as required. However, at a minimum we recommend that you enter:
- Email - employee's work email address
- Phone - the preferred contact phone number for the employee
- Address - the employee's home address
