Contact Support now from where you are - You can now get in touch with support directly from within the NetSuite Payroll Navigation. Doing it this way, will pre-populate mandatory fields to make it simpler than ever to lodge your support request with us.
-
PDF Print Performance Improvements (GA) - Since the start of the year we have been testing the new PDF print module. It is now ready for all customers and will be enabled automatically on the bundle update.
The new functionality makes use of the concurrent threads allowing you to benefit from twice the throughput. The speed increases even more when used with SuiteCloud Plus Licenses.
-
Support For NetSuite Redwood Theme - NetSuite released the new Redwood Theme in their NetSuite 24.2 release. We have worked on redwood working correctly with our custom components so that the screens you see and interact with are properly aligned. If you have been using redwood already - you will notice that with this update the table on transaction records aligns as it should again.
- Quick Fix: Basic Time Governance Limit Improvements - We have identified and resolved an issue which resulted in a governance warning being displayed at basic time which impacted pay runs with a high number of pro rata calculations. This is a minor fix ahead of a major re-work of the functionality that is currently being worked on to further enhance the performance within pay runs
