✨ What's New & Improved
- Payslip Printing: We have added a Threshold in the Payroll Config to allow accounts to override the default. This is used when customers always want Payslip PDFs to be generated by a background service.
- Platform Enhancements: We've made several background updates to improve system security and performance.

Pay Component Sub Types: To support future functionality and enhanced payroll configuration, the following Pay Component Sub Types have been added:
These subtypes are now available under the Pay Component Sub Type List and will be leveraged in upcoming feature enhancements.- Vacation Pay Payout (Unused)
- Vacation Pay Adjustment
- Vacation Pay Payout
⚠️ This should not impact functionality: The Pay Component Sub Types are currently showing in ESS/MyPay (ZEP). We will update these checkboxes in a future release and remove those from showing in ESS/ZEP. You can do the following to remove those manually:
Edit the above Pay Component Sub Types and Uncheck the CheckBox labelled "Show in ESS/MyPay".
🐞 Bug Fixes
- New Zealand: An issue causing a duplicate line for Additional Super has been fixed.
- United Kingdom: A bug has been resolved where the employee's workplace postcode was missing from the UK's RTI FPS XML file when the Employee was set with an NI Category that is used for Freeport or Investment Zone.
- Journal Generator: We fixed an error where the Journal Line memo for a credit or debit within the Journal Mapping was not being utilized correctly when creating a Journal
- Leave Processing: Inactive employees are now correctly filtered out during scheduled leave updates.
- Cleaner Interface: A symbol has been removed from the Payroll Menu for a cleaner, more professional look and to ensure stability.
