T4 & End of Year (EOY) Tools We have introduced new tools to assist with your T4 and year-end validations:
T4 Validation Saved Searches: Added two new saved searches to the bundle to assist with T4 EOY validations against Payslip Details and EOY Employee Summary Records.

Pre-EOY Data Review: A new "Data Review Saved Search" is available to help you review employee data before starting the T4/EOY process, helping to identify validation problems early.

T4 XML Validation: We have added the 2026 XML Validation for the T4 EOY Process
RPP/DPSP Number: Added the ability to edit the RPP/DPSP Number on the Employee EOY Summary record. This allows an employee to have a different number compared to the default Payroll Config, ensuring accurate PDF/XML generation.
2026 Rates & Tax Forms
Rate Updates: Updated all Rates & Thresholds for the 2026 Tax Year
TD1 Warning Banner: A warning banner will now appear on an Employee Record if a Federal or Provincial TD1 is missing. The system will default to Basic Personal Amount (BPA) calculations in these instances.
TD1 Field Naming: Updated field naming for "Additional Tax" to clarify that these are "per period" amounts.
Configuration
Percentage Types: Updated Pay Component Sub Types RRSP Employee & RRSP Employer to have Percentage Types on Install.
Compliance Lock: To ensure compliance, the system now prevents the inactivation of Tax, EI, and CPP Pay Component Sub Types.
π Global Compliance Updates (AU, SG, PNG, UK)
π¦πΊ Australia: Updated Protected Earnings Amount (PEA) thresholds for the 2026 calendar year.
πΈπ¬ Singapore: Updated the system to apply the new $8,000 Ordinary Wage (OW) ceiling (previously $7,400) and updated Senior Worker rates (Age 55-65) effective January 2026.
π΅π¬ Papua New Guinea: Added tax rate tables for the 2026 tax year.
