What's New: Bug Fixes
Medicare Levy Thresholds for FY2026-27
The Medicare levy reduction thresholds used in pay run calculations have been updated to reflect the correct FY2026-27 values published by the ATO (Taxation Administration (Withholding Schedules) Instrument 2026, F2026L00716). The previous thresholds were incorrectly carried forward from FY2025-26. This affects withholding calculations for employees entitled to a Medicare levy reduction, including tax-free threshold, half-exemption, and seniors/pensioners scales.
Payroll Remittance — Check Status Button Cooldown
After submitting a remittance file to ClickSuper, the Check Status button will now be temporarily disabled for a short cooldown period. This prevents premature status checks that could return errors before ClickSuper has finished processing the submission. The button will automatically re-enable once the cooldown has elapsed.
📝 Customer Recommendation If you have processed any pay runs for FY2026-27 prior to this update, we recommend reviewing the withholding amounts for affected employees to confirm the correct Medicare levy reduction has been applied. Re-running the pay calculation for any impacted pay periods will apply the corrected thresholds.
