Overview
This article explains how to check which version of the ZonePayroll bundle is installed in your NetSuite account, and how bundle updates are handled across your environments.
Checking Your Bundle Version
If you're logged in as an Administrator:
- Go to Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles > List.
- Look for ZonePayroll in the list.
- Check the Version column to see your installed version.
If you're logged in as a Payroll Administrator:
- In Global Search, enter Page: Installed Bundles.
- Look for ZonePayroll in the list.
- Check the Version column to see your installed version.
How Bundle Updates Work
Production Environment
ZonePayroll is a managed bundle, which means only Zone & Co can push updates to your Production environment. Updates can't be applied from your side.
If you have questions about your Production bundle version or an upcoming update, please reach out to Support.
Sandbox and Release Preview Environments
In Sandbox and Release Preview environments, you can update the bundle manually if needed:
- Go to Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles > List.
- Look for ZonePayroll in the list.
- Hover over the green icon under the Action column.
- Select Update.
